The Alpha Drive Multi Propulsion System represents new aeronautic technology for automated Unmanned Aerial Vehicle applications. Over the next 20 years, industry giants involved with Agriculture, Oil and Gas, as well as Military operations will rely heavily on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, (UAV) platforms. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles can affordably utilize automation and remote sensing to accomplish search and rescue missions, pipeline inspection, crop evaluation, EMS services, and will help in the effort to save the lives of law enforcement and troops. Designed to exceed all challenges, the Alpha Drive System will operate more reliably and efficient, providing an overall reduced cost to the operator.

Specifically, the Alpha Drive Propulsion System is a Patented single modular multi-propulsion unit designed to provide a winged aircraft with an efficient method of vertical take-off and landing (VTOL), as well as transition to jet thrust forward flight. Proof of concept established. Pre-production aircraft required.

The Alpha Drive System will perform beyond the hobby toys of today by combining the cruise speeds of a jet plane, the vertical take-off and landing, (VTOL) of a helicopter, and the versatility of a Quad copter all in one vehicle. The Alpha Drive Unit can carry a full array of sensor pods and/or camera equipment over longer flight times than traditional hobby aircraft, (up to 3 days).

There are two main design characteristic advantages of an airplane using the Alpha Drive System. First, the inherent ability to glide down in the event of engine failure preventing costly damage to your plane, cameras, and sensor equipment while creating a safer environment for the bystanders below. Secondly, all four spinning propellers will be fully enclosed inside the body of the air frame.
